This position is to develop, organize, and implement Controlling in the sales company with high growth potential. To perform in the development of the right Finance policies to provide qualitative Planning and reporting system to meet the needs of the strategic business development in China.  

 

The product areas he/she is going to work on include, but not limited to:

  • Lead corporate planning process

  • Development & Optimization management report with comprehensive KPI System across all divisions

  • Monitoring market price development and provide transparency   

  • Assist internal partners in reaching their targets providing professional steering, reporting and management support

  • Improvement of existing planning and reporting tools

  • Process optimization in Finance

  • Coordination and preparation of presentations for the internal- / external management meetings

  • Active cooperation with other Accounting / Controlling Units (Headquarters) 

  • Other job assigned by FD

岗位要求
  • Completed studies or comparable commercial apprenticeship with focus on Accounting / Controlling

  • CPA / ACCA or similar certificates in Accounting area   

  • Very good knowledge of English; German is advantageous, but not mandatory

  • Very good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and SAP

  • Good communication and leadership skills

  • Independently, team-orientated way of work

  • Coordinate and synergize with MTB China, Dealer, Customer and TeleMatics service provider

To establish Used business and promote operating Lease for MAN in China with tasks from but not limited to the following areas:    

 

Used:

  • Used truck market study, market sizing and evaluation

  • Legislation and related regulation research in different regions

  • Residual value assessment  

  • Establish related processes for Used vehicle (Sales, Trade In, Refurbishment, Warranty, cannibalization, financing, rental / lease etc.)

  • Business policy (e.g. Trade In) and      technical process implementation (IVR: International Vehicle Return      Process) based on MAN guidelines. Build up MAN certified standards for      Used vehicle.

  • Launch of used business at selected dealers and steering of dealers

  • Cooperation with online used vehicles platform for sales channel expansion

  • Explore and development of Financing for Used vehicles

  • Liaison with government / associations to develop export market of used trucks

 

Operating Lease / Rental:

  • Further develop and optimization of the current operating lease model

  • Active sales of trucks via operating lease to generate additional sales

  • Ensure transparency and reporting about the operating lease portfolio to safeguard Profit sharing during the leasing period
